"Die Wohnung ist perfekt gelegen und die Ausstattung war umfangreicher, als wir es sonst gewohnt waren. Es gibt 'richtige' Bettdecken. Und einen Begrüßungsdrink. Die Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort ist immer telefonisch erreichbar, wenn man beispielsweise nicht versteht, wie der Herd funktioniert und sie kann im Notfall innerhalb von 15 Minuten da sein.
